M4A1(75) SHERMAN
The three piece final drive assembly was essentially the same as the one used on the earlier M3 Lee/Grant medium tank. The major difference being the elimination of the notch on the right hand casting that had been in place to allow the fitting of the M3's hull mounted 75mm gun.
