A decent size photo update tonight. I've updated 4 existing galleries and added 1 new one. First, I've updated the Littlefield Panther restoration gallery with 7 new pictures. Next, I've updated the Littlefield Sherman Jumbo restoration gallery with 7 new pictures. The Chieftain Mk VI gallery has 53 new pics added to it while the Leopard 1A1A2 gallery has 41 new pictures. While working on the Panther and Jumbo, Mr. Littlefield's crew is also working on restoring a 75mm M3 G.M.C.. This new gallery has 10 photos and I will be covering it much like the Panther and Jumbo.

UPDATE 1APRIL08 Tonight's update includes 4 new galleries and new pics added to an existing one. First, there's 14 pictures of a EM 1m R36 Artillery Range Finder. Next up, 21 pictures of some HMMWV Guntrucks in Iraq. The third new gallery has 25 pics of a 75mm Anti-Aircraft Gun M51 "Skysweeper". The fourth and final new gallery for tonight contains 23 pictures of a 105mm Howitzer M102A1. I've also updated the 7.5CM Gebirgsgeschutz 36 gallery with 17 new pics. Enjoy! UPDATE 31MARCH08 Two more 1/48 scale armor reviews have been added tonight. First up is the 1/48 Tamiya M8 Light Armored Car Greyhound. UPDATE 08MARCH08 Three new galleries and a new review today. First, I've added a 14 picture gallery of some Contractor Trucks in Iraq. Next is a 13 picture gallery of a 2S7 203mm SP Gun. The final gallery has 16 pics of an Iraqi 57mm Type 59 AA Gun. In the REVIEW section, I've added a review of the 1/48 Iron Division Updated M4A3(W) hull for the Hobby Boss kits. More updates will follow this weekend. UPDATE 27DECEMBER07 I've added two new galleries tonight and updated an older one. The two new galleries of photos were contributed by Randy Ray and consist of 21 pictures of a 10.5cm leFH 18M Howitzer and 17 pictures of a 15cm sFH 18 Howitzer. Thanks Randy! I've also updated the PT-76B with 88 new pictures. More updates will follow later this weekend. UPDATE 21DECEMBER07 Two new reviews have been added this evening. The first is for the 1/48 Iron Division Early M4 Sherman Turret w/Modified Mantlet. The second is for 1/48 Iron Division M4A1 Dry "Intermediate" Upper Hull Conversion. I'll post several new photo galleries later on this afternoon. UPDATE 1OCTOBER07 It's been awhile now but I've finally updated the Littlefield Panther restoration section with a new gallery that contains 16 new pictures. Progress is really starting to move along now so I hope to have more pics later this month or early November. I've also added 8 new pics to the M4A3E2 Sherman "Jumbo" restoration gallery. More new galleries will be posted this weekend. UPDATE 19SEPTEMBER07 Tonight, I've added four new galleries and updated a fifth. The first new gallery has 22 pics of a GTB Truck 1 1/2 ton 4x4 Ford "Burma Jeep". Next, 11 pics of a Chinese HM-38 120mm Mortar. Third, we have 25 pics of a M151A2 TOW MUTT & Missle Carrier. This is followed by 16 pics of a M21 4.5 Inch Rocket Launcher. Tonight's update concludes with additional pics being added to the M2A2/M101 105mm Howitzer gallery. I hope to have another update early next week. UPDATE 01SEPTEMBER07 I hope everyone who attended the '07 IPMS U.S.A. Nationals had a good time last week. I sure did! I met lots of good people and saw a helluva lot of good kits on the tables. Amazingly, I didn't buy a damn thing in the vendor room(sorry folks). Parking was a bit steep but that's okay. Tonight's update includes one new gallery and an update of an existing one. The new gallery consists of 38 pics of a 40mm Automatic Gun M1 and is just in time for the new, if overpriced Italeri kit. The other is an 8 picture update to the Littlefield M4A3E2 Sherman "Jumbo" restoration gallery. I'll have another update later this week as I took about 380 pics last weekend that I still have to go through. UPDATE 20AUGUST07 A quick update today. First off, I've added 5 new pics to the Littlefield M4A3E2 Jumbo restoration. Next, is a 25 picture gallery of a Carriage M1 for 155mm Gun M1A1/M59 Long Tom. I'll have another update late next week. UPDATE 17AUGUST07 Today's photo update features three new galleries. The first features 14 pics of a WC-51 3/4 ton 4x4 truck. Next is an 18 picture gallery of a WC-56 3/4 ton 4x4 Command and Reconnaissance Truck. And finally, an 11 picture gallery of a WC-63 1 1/2 ton 6x6 truck. That's it for now. Tonight's photo update includes one new gallery and additions to two others. The new gallery contains 37 pics of a D-20 152-mm Gun. Next, I've updated the Krupp Protze gallery with 56 pictures. Finally, I've updated the M32B3 gallery with 87 new pics. I'll try and have a new update during the first week of August!

Tonight's update includes three new galleries and updates in two existing ones. I've added an 8 picture gallery of a Daimler Mk. II Armored Car. Next, is a 27 picture gallery of a M4A3(75)Dry Stowage Sherman. And finally, I've added a 13 picture gallery of a Abbot 105mm SP Gun. The two existing galleries that have been updated include 10 new pictures in the Crusader Mk. II gallery and 6 new engine compartment pictures of the PzKpfw I Ausf. A. Hopefully, I'll be able to do another update in 7-10 days.

Today's update includes several new galleries from Iraq. The first gallery has 22 pics of M113A3's with Bar Armor. Next are 14 pics of various M1114 Up-Armored HMMWV's. The third gallery has 6 pics of M88A2's. Finally, not taken in Iraq, is a 67 picture gallery of a M60A1 AVLB. This M60A1 AVLB originally started off life as a M60A2!. That's all I have for today. I hope to have another update, including more stuff from Iraq, in the next 7-10 days.

Tonight I've updated two older galleries and added a new one. First, I've updated the M3 Lee gallery with 28 new pictures. Next, I've updated the M4A3E2 Jumbo Restoration gallery with 4 new pics. Finally, I've added a new 36 picture gallery covering the 75mm Field Gun M1897A4. I hope to have another update later this week with some more pics from Iraq.

Just a quick update tonight. Someone asked for ex-Yugoslavian M36 Tank Destroyer pics so I went ahead and updated that gallery with 100+ additional pics of one. They can be found HERE. I've also updated the Future CD Release page as well. I'll have another update later this coming weekend.

Lots of good stuff in today's update! First, I'd like to thank the anonymous donor who has sent me a batch of photos shot during his tour in Iraq, some of which I've posted today. They include the following: 12 pics of various Bradleys; 31 pics of various M1A1 and M1A2 Abrams; and 35 pics of various Strykers. More pics from Iraq to follow soon. I've also added the last 8 pics of M51 muzzle brake measurements for those who have been waiting.

Toadman's Tank Pictures would like to welcome a new photo contributor, Alan McNeilly of the U.K. Alan sent me some pics that he recently took at the Imperial War Museum. Some of these pictures have been loaded for tonight's update. The first new gallery consists of 26 pics of a M3 Grant. Gallery #2 feature 38 pics of a Sherman V. The third and final gallery for tonight has 11 pics of a Daimler Mk. I armored car. Thanks Alan!! BTW, I'm not sure what mark the Grant is. If anyone could let me know, I'd appreciate it.

Two new galleries tonight plus a couple of other updates. First off, is a 41 picture gallery featuring a M3A1 Scout Car. The other is a 65 picture gallery of an M51 Sherman. This gallery also includes some preliminary measurements of the muzzle brake. Apparently, the muzzle brake in the latest kit of this tank is too small. Hopefully these pictures will help you decide. I hope to have further measurements in 2-3 weeks. I've also updated my FUTURE CD RELEASEpage.

Today brings two new and one updated gallery. The first new one consists of 27 pics of a Type 97 Ha-Go. The second new one has 25 pics of a 75mm Pack Howitzer M1A1 and Carriage M8. The updated gallery has 69 pics of a Type 97 Tankette. I've also updated my COMMENTARY page regarding DML's unauthorized use of my M4A3(76)HVSS and Scott Taylor's M4A2 photos.

It's COLD WAR day at Toadman's Tank Pictures! Today's update features three new galleries. The first has 69 pics of a M59 APC. The second features 173 pictures of a T-54. Please let me know if it is a T54A or B. The third and final gallery consists of 109 pics of a M53/59 Twin 30mm SPAAG. I've also updated the LINKS page to include Thachweave Products.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope everyone had a pleasant holiday season. Tonight's update features new pics added to a pair of existing galleries. The first set consists of 5 new pics added to the 2-pounder Mk II gallery while the other features 31 more pics added to the Crusader Mk II gallery. I should have another update in 5-7 days, maybe sooner if life permits.

Okay! I guess it would be an understatement to say that it has been a very wild week in the online afv modelling world due to some events that started last Monday. I want to say THANK YOU to all of those who have supported me either online or thru the many emails I have received. I also want to thank all of those who participated on the various forums, no matter what your position was. Overall, the responses appeared to be well thought out and things really didn't degenerate into a giant peeing contest like so many other hot topics have. Finally, I want to thank the various site owners and moderators for allowing the debates to happen on your sites.
Anyway, I feel that it is time to get things back to normal. I will still fight my battle but it'll be done elsewhere. Last week's update and my feelings towards a certain model company can be found on my new Commentary page. I'm not adding any new pics tonight as I have lots of catching up to do and I need to make sure that I take care of my own customers properly. I'll be adding some new photos sometime in the next couple of days including more pics of Littlefield Panther, M26A1 and maybe a few others. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming...

Today, I've update two existing galleries and added one new one. First, I've added 31 pics to the Crusader Mk II gallery. I also added 5 new pics to the M4A3E2 Assault Tank "Jumbo" Restoration gallery. The new gallery consists of 34 pics of a M5 Stuart courtesy of Joe DeMarco. Thanks Joe! Also, thanks to Jurgen Schulz, I've corrected a couple of errors regarding vehicle designations in the NATO gallery of a couple of German items. Thanks Jurgen. I've just added three new galleries to the site. First off, a 115 picture gallery of a T17E1 Staghound that's not in the greatest condition. Next, 35 pictures of a Mack NO 7.5 ton Prime Mover. It's half-track Tuesday at Toadman's Tank Pictures! Four new galleries have been added today. The first one consists of 90 pictures of a SdKfz 7. The second includes 17 old scans of a pair of M3A1 Half-Tracks. Third, we have 12 old scans of a pair of M15A1 Gun Motor Carriages. To cap things off, a new tank gallery has been added containing 142 images of a M103A2. I've also updated the Future CD Release page. Another photo update will be posted in about a week!

Today's photo update includes the updating of one existing gallery and the addition of a new one. The new gallery consists of 58 pictures of a CVR(T) Scorpion. The updated gallery consists of an additional 25 pictures added to the M3 Lee gallery. Today's photo update includes the updating of one existing gallery and the addition of a new one. The new gallery consists of 43 pictures of a Ford GPW "Jeep". The updated gallery consists of 135 pictures added to the SdKfz 10 half-track gallery. Today's photo update consists of additions to a pair of existing galleries. In one, I added 136 pictures to the PzKpfw I Ausf. A gallery. While far from being in perfect condition, it will hopefully be helpful for when the new Dragon PzKpfw I Ausf. A comes out later this year. The other update consists of 83 pictures added to the IS-IIIM gallery. As time goes on, I will continue this trend of expanding existing galleries while still adding new ones. Today's photo update includes four new galleries. The first gallery has 60 pictures of a 8 inch H.M.C. M43. The second gallery has 34 pictures of a M114. Next, a 53 picture gallery of a Centurion Mk 13. The final gallery has part 2 of the Leopard C-2. Again, the Leopard C-2 photos were kindly provided by Anthony Sewards. Thanks Anthony! Decent size update today with something for just about everyone. The first new gallery consists of 35 pictures of a pair of Centaurs in the Normandy area. They were contributed by Cor Streutjens. Thanks Cor!
The next gallery contains 6 pictures of the PzKpfw III Ausf. F at Ft. Knox. These were sent to me by Michael Green. With the PzKpfw III pics, Mike also sent me some pics of the 2006 Armor Symposium at Ft. Knox and the Iranian M4A3(105)HVSS Sherman. Finally, I've added a 35 picture Ferret Mk 2 gallery. Look for another update in the next 10-14 days!

Damn! It's been awhile since my last photo update. Too much stuff has been going on at home and at work. The past 2 weeks has seen my house suffer $2000 damage in the kitchen due to a plumbing leak. What a pain in the arse!! Anyway, I've managed to add three new galleries tonight plus update one of the favorites. First off, I've added 10 new pictures to the Littlefield Panther Ausf. A restoration gallery. Next, I've posted a 37 picture gallery of a Krupp Protze.
In the NATO section, I've added two new galleries. The first one contains 8 pictures of a couple of beat up M551 Sheridans. The other gallery has 52 pictures of a Saracen APC.
I've also added an Archives page so you can check back to view previous updates. Finally, I've fixed some broken/missing links within the site that I have found.

Thankfully, the situation listed below has been taken care of. "Uk-bears" has voluntarily removed the offending auctions and has agreed to compensate me for my troubles! I received many favorable emails and responses to my forum postings regarding this unfortunate problem. I'd like to thank all of you for your support in this matter! Hopefully, I won't run into this again and I can concentrate on posting new pictures and completing more photo CD's. I'll try and post a new photo update next week. And yes, I'm still working on the M7 HMC series CD.

No new photos today. However, I have an eBay scammer to report on! The eBay seller "uk-bears" is selling unauthorized copies of five of my photo CD-roms. His bootlegs include the T-34, A34 Comet, Sherman, German Anti-Tank Guns, and StuG III Ausf. G CD's. Please do not purchase any of the above CD's from him. Other than my website and my eBay sales i.d., "tankpictures", the only authorized online dealer of my CD's is Wings n Treads webstore and I don't think he even has any left. I have contacted eBay about this matter. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it quickly. I'll post some new pics in 5-7 days.
